I spotted the mistakes (with difficulty) in the first 2 cuttings.
I haven't spotted any mistakes in the last one.
Did they print his name wrong?

Technically, I don’t think hyphens are essential in such a case.
But there’s a tiny chance I may be wrong...

There is a
very large chance that you may be wrong.
'On-the-vine' is a multiple-word adjective to describe the tomatoes.
'On the vine tomatoes' manufactures no sense as separate words.
