Internet spell-checker

Post by Sir William » Tue Mar 12, 2019 6:31 pm

The state of the English language is getting worst and worst and worst.

This is obviously because the youngsters don't read books anymore, they only read what they see on the Internet. So with no corrective influences, spelling and grammar is bound to keep getting worst and worst and worst.

So, why isn't their an Internet spell-checker that scans all web sites (like a search engine) and corrects any spelling mistakes that it finds? This would be a very excellent and valuable boon.

Anybody who didn't want there web site checking could put some code in the meta-tags so that the spell checker would ingore it, simular to what they do to tell search engines to go away.

What an excellent idea of mine this is.   :bounce:
